I’m a certified Hypnotherapist through one of the largest hypnosis institutes in Europe. 

When I first got into hypnosis, it unlocked a whole new level in my life. My confidence level, attitude and overall happiness shot up like a rocket!

It felt like I found a secret cheat code to life, and the opportunity to share that cheat code with people like you has been tugging on my heart ever since I found it.

Now, guiding others on that same journey of expansion has become one of my biggest passions.

Every day, you have two options: repeat or evolve.

Your subconscious, the part of your brain that’s in charge of everything you do, will always default to ‘repeat’ rather than ‘evolve’.  All it wants is to keep you safe, so it prefers to stick to the behaviors and thoughts it already knows.

If those behaviors and thoughts are working well for you, that’s great! But chances are they’re not working for you anymore. 

If you have been playing it small, sabotaging your goals, struggling with low confidence or anxiety, or living in fear, it’s time to install some new programs that support the life you want to live and the version of you you want to become.

In hypnosis, you can break those stubborn patterns that have been playing on repeat like a machine and install new better patterns, paving the way for you to evolve.  

So what is hypnosis exactly?

Maybe you didn’t have a word for it yet, but you’ve actually been in hypnosis countless times before already.

All those times you were lost in a book for hours on end, arrived at your destination in the car not remembering any details of the drive or just zoning out while staring out of the window – you were in hypnosis.

All hypnosis is is a combination of relaxation and focus. The analytical and critical part of our mind gets distracted, making the subconscious part of our mind incredibly open to new information.

We use your most natural state of being

In hypnotherapy, we use the power of hypnosis to help you become the person you want to be.

After discussing your goals, I’ll guide you from an alert Beta brainwave level, to a meditative Alpha level, all the way down to a creative, open and receptive Theta state.

In this state (which also just feels really nice) we have the opportunity to help you let go of unhelpful beliefs you’ve picked up in the past, access the roots of issues, break bad habits and install new positive changes.

Why hypnotherapy works so well

The mind is made up of two parts: the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. The conscious mind is responsible for your logical thinking, reasoning, and willpower.

Your subconscious mind determines 98% of everything you do, think, say, and feel. It’s basically a giant hard drive, permanently storing everything you’ve ever experienced. This hard drive determines the way you see the world and how you carry yourself.

Safe to say your subconscious is a pretty big deal!

Here’s the thing: We generally try to get over our issues or change who we are by logical reasoning or by willpower, but that’s all just our conscious mind. Willpower will start you up, but it will only get you so far. (Prime example: all the gyms being full in January and empty in February).

This is also why traditional talk therapy can take years, and for some people, without lasting results, as traditional therapy purely works with the conscious mind. To make real lasting change, you need to get the subconscious on board too.

This is where hypnotherapy comes in.

In hypnosis, we bypass that critical thinking conscious mind so that we can access the subconscious mind.

Since all of your memories, traumas, and beliefs are stored there, hypnotherapy is our gateway to explore where certain patterns came from, why you are the way you are, what’s keeping you from being happy, healthy and confident, and most importantly: CHANGE all those things!

What hypnotherapy can help with

I’m sure there must be limits to what hypnotherapy can help with, but I haven’t found any yet. 🙂

Every person has different goals, which is why I never have a ”one size fits all” approach. Our sessions together will come together from a unique blend of three main components tackling the past, present, and future:

CURATIVE HYPNOTHERAPY

A powerful regression approach where instead of treating symptoms, we find and correct the root cause behind the issue. Without the root cause being there, the issue that was the result of it disappears too.

NEURO LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING

NLP is a powerful tool to resolve limiting beliefs and inner conflicts by reframing the way you look at things. Bringing awareness to your internal filtering processes helps to take control of your present thoughts and behaviors.

SOLUTION FOCUSED HYPNOTHERAPY

All the resources you need to live the life you want are already inside of you. We just need to bring them back to the surface, empowering you to find the solution to your issue. We’ll shift the focus from what you don’t want to what you do want.

In your first session, we’ll have a chat about the issue you’ll work through, gaining clarity on what is holding you back and what you want to achieve. I’ll explain how hypnotherapy works and I’ll let you know what I think will be the most effective approach to reach the goals you have. When you feel comfortable with the plan, we’ll ease into the hypnosis part of the session where we can access your subconscious and make lasting changes straight at the source.

There will be 2-3 weeks between every session to allow for the changes and new neural pathways in your brain settle in. Our follow-up sessions begin by discussing what positive changes you’ve noticed since our last session and what still needs to happen. From there, we’ll discuss the next steps and build upon these changes so that they become more deeply embedded in your system.

My goal for us is always to reach your goals in the shortest amount of time with the best possible results. It’s up to you to decide how many sessions you want and to tell me when you’ve become the version of yourself you wanted to become. 

In between sessions and even after your last session, I’ll still be available anytime for questions, support, or simply if you feel the urge to share your victories and progress with someone!

Frequently asked questions

... about hypnotherapy

Like a very relaxed state, similar to meditation. All hypnosis is is a combination of relaxation and focus. You’ve been in hypnosis a million times already, you just weren’t aware of it. Have you ever arrived home after a drive, not remembering any details of the drive? Or been so zoned in on a movie or a project that time and space didn’t exist? That’s what hypnosis is.

Yes, everyone can be hypnotized! It’s true that some people are more susceptible to hypnosis than others, but as long as you can close your eyes, listen to the sound of my voice, and are open to the idea of hypnotherapy, you’re good to go. 

There’s a big chance that it will. And quick, too. As long as you believe that it might 🙂

For context: 2500 hypnosis research studies were meta-analyzed by Alfred A. Barrios. This is what he found:

  • Psychotherapy: 38% success rate after an average of 600 sessions
  • Behavioral therapy: 72% success rate after an average of 22 sessions
  • Hypnotherapy: 93% success rate after 6 sessions

As long as you are determined to make changes, open to the idea of hypnosis and open to commit for a couple sessions, I don’t see any reason to believe it wouldn’t work for you.

You are 100% in control during the whole session. Hypnosis is actually more like self-hypnosis; all I do is guide you to your own natural experience of relaxation.

Hypnosis is kind of like we are on a roadtrip together: you’re the driver, and I’m in the passenger seat giving you the directions. You can listen and follow my suggestions, or you can choose to go your own way. You could never do something that you otherwise would not want to do.

You’ll remember everything, though some things might be a little vague – your brain has a lot to process during a session. It’s completely normal for your conscious mind to not fully keep up with what’s happening (that’s kind of the point 😉) as it’s more the subconscious mind that we’re working with.

Generally nice and relaxed, combined with any other positive feeling that you want to experience. We’ll tailor the session to your desired state, so whatever it is you want to feel more of is what you’ll feel like. If we have a morning session, we’ll make sure you have the best state of mind possible to tackle your day and if we have a later session, we’ll prep your brain for a great night sleep.

... about working with me

It depends on the issue you’re looking to solve, but hypnotherapy is generally not an ongoing thing like regular talk therapy and many issues can be solved within just a couple of sessions.

Some issues can be resolved in 1 or 2 sessions, while other issues might take 5-7 sessions. I encourage you to keep an open and flexible attitude towards your progress but a rough average you can expect is 3 sessions.

That’s why I encourage clients to commit to a 3-session trajectory, as that’s usually when things really start to click in different areas of their life and it allows for changes to become much more deeply embedded into the brain.

We talk a bit about what you’ll be working through, discuss some possible routes on how we could tackle it together, and then we’ll relax and I’ll guide you into the hypnosis part of the session. What we’ll do while you’re in hypnosis highly depends on your situation and your goals. In some cases, we’ll need to clean up some traumas or conditioning from your past, while in other cases, we might use a very solution-focused technique, paving the way for you to start being the person you want to be.

Usually the first session takes about 90 minutes, and follow up sessions take around 60 minutes.

I would even go so far to say it’s more effective than in-person hypnosis! All we need for a successful session is for you to be able to hear the sound of my voice, so as long as we both have a stable connection, we’re good to go. I do most of my sessions online and there’s three things that make online hypnosis a great experience:

  • You’re in the comfort of your own home, which might help to relax
  • If you listen to me with your headphones, you get a much more isolated sound than if we’re in a room together
  • You don’t need to travel home after a session and you can ease back into your day more gently

It’s possible, but it’s not recommended. You know the feeling when you’re so deeply immersed in a Netflix show that the world around you just fades away? That’s the level of focus we have if we tackle one thing. Trying to tackle two things in one session is like watching a Netflix show while texting a friend; doing two things at once but not being fully present for either of them. If you’re not sure what specifically to focus on as everything seems interconnected, no worries, we’ll figure out together what should be the first thing to focus on, and go for other things in subsequent sessions. 

There’s nothing you really need to know beforehand, but now that I have your attention anyway, I’d like you to know this:

Some people go into hypnotherapy with an ‘’I’ll just sit here while you fix me’’ attitude.

It’s none of that! It’s a collaboration. It’s you doing all the digging & making the changes. All I do is guide you there. You have always had that ability to change, all I do is help get your mind out of the way so you have the space to make the change. So that’s all I ask of you when we start working together: for you to be ready and willing to make the change and take ownership of your own transformation. That’s when magic happens!

Being a hypnotherapist, I get to work with people from all completely different types of backgrounds, all with their own unique set of challenges and obstacles to overcome. And in all of that complexity, I found 2 major truths: 

1. We all have much more in common than we think
2. Nothing fulfils me quite as much as helping others does

I’ve always been deeply fascinated by anything related to human behavior, holistic wellness, neuroscience, spirituality and exploring how to live a happier life.  This is why I love being a hypnotherapist  – it’s like one big cocktail of all of my interests.

But above all that, there’s nothing quite like the feeling of having a chat with a client who I’ve done a couple sessions with, and discussing all of the positive changes they’ve seen unfold in their life. It makes me so appreciative of all the connections I get to make and the personal growth journeys I get to be a small part of.

You can change the story

Humans are storytellers. Stories are all around us; in music, books, movies, and most importantly, in ourselves. We tell ourselves stories all the time to make sense of the world around us and who we are. Whatever stories we believe about ourselves are the foundation of who we become.


I’m lucky to have learned early on that you don’t have to play out the stories you wrote about yourself as a result of whatever happened in your past. You can access that hidden gigantic library of stories you wrote about who you are and what you’re capable of, and 
rewrite them completely. 

This is why I became so passionate about hypnotherapy.

I used to play out the story in which I only learned how to keep myself small, but nowadays, I tell myself a different story. A story in which I’m listening to my intuition, doing what makes me feel alive, helping others return to who they really are, spreading positive energy, feeling deeply, laughing lots (a bit hysterically sometimes), and seeing magic everywhere I look.

So that’s my story in a few words.

Availability for calls & sessions

For clarity calls (15 mins), anytime should be alright for me.

 Hypnotherapy sessions (60-90 mins) will primarily be in the mornings between 8-10, in the evenings between 18-21 or in weekends anytime.
